The company is effectively selling its entire operating business and plans to return roughly 90% of the proceeds to shareholders. That capital return alone would exceed the current market cap. On top of that, the RemainCo would retain a meaningful cash balance and small growth business, which should be worth something as well. Insider ownership is substantial.
